Solstice partnered with Hanglock, a construction product company serving contractors across the Americas, to support a core business goal: ensure the product is installed correctly, consistently, and confidently—regardless of who is opening the box or where the job site is located.
Working directly with the company’s owner and Director of Operations, Solstice helped design a strategy focused on removing friction at the moment of use. Rather than relying solely on traditional instructions, the approach centered on creating clear, accessible, multilingual training content that could meet contractors where they are—on the job site, on their phone, and under time pressure.
