Through a Multi-year partnership, Solstice helped amplify the Construction Forum’s mission—

using strategy, story, and systems to drive industry-wide conversation and change.

Strategy

Building Visibility, Relevance, and Long-Term Sustainability

Solstice partnered with Construction Forum over a six-year period, supporting the organization as it expanded its mission, voice, and impact across the St. Louis region and the construction industry at large.

The Forum’s work sits at the intersection of industry, community, and culture—addressing not only construction-related issues, but the human realities that shape the workforce and the future of the trades.

From the outset, Solstice’s role extended beyond execution. The strategy focused on helping the organization:

  • Clarify and activate its brand

  • Communicate complex and often difficult topics with credibility and care

  • Engage a broad range of stakeholders across generations and roles

  • Build sustainable revenue and engagement models to support long-term impact

Over time, this strategy evolved alongside the organization—responding to new challenges, emerging priorities, and moments of urgency.
