When MMCI Automation identified ice packing facilities as an ideal customer for one of their Quick Ship Palletizer (QSP) cell designs, they engaged our team to make the most out of an ice industry trade show opportunity.

We:

  • Collaborated with the engineers at MMCI to identify the challenges faced by their target customer

  • Developed video, email, and landing page scripts to address those challenges while presenting the MMCI robotic solution

  • Produced a series of pre-show, at show, and post-show materials including videos, emails, landing pages, and conversion forms

  • Implemented an automated sales cycle campaign to attract visits to the show booth, engage trade show attendees on site, follow up post show, and nurture show attendees on an ongoing basis through email and social media

RESULT:

18% of show attendees converted into sales opportunities
